Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if you sign in via Google OAuth). We use this information to provide and personalize the Service.

Monitoring Data

We collect data related to the URLs and endpoints you configure for monitoring, including response times, status codes, SSL certificate details, and availability history. This data is essential to providing the core monitoring service.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive only transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing email from Stripe.

We retain your monitoring data according to your subscription plan:

  • Free plan: 7 days of check history
  • Pro plan: 90 days of check history
  • Business plan: 365 days of check history

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and infrastructure providers (Hetzner Cloud) who assist in operating the Service.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

If you create a public status page, the names and availability status of your selected monitors will be publicly visible. No other account data or monitoring details (such as URLs, response times, or alert configurations) are exposed on public status pages.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The session cookie is HttpOnly and secured with SameSite attributes.
